Medical Assistant - New Grads Welcome

Local, well respected single specialty Interventional Pain Management group in Olympia is seeking a Medical Assistant. Newly educated applicants welcome to apply

Candidate must be willing to float between both their Olympia and Tacoma clinics as needed. Ideal candidate to be a lead Certified Medical

Assistant that is responsible for and will oversee daily operations of the practice including billing, staffing, accounting and direct supervision

of the staff.

Duties can include:  

·        Has experience in medical field

·        Coaching MA’s

·        Scheduling MA and front desk employees

·        Ordering medical supplies

·        Assisting with facilities issues and covering front desk when necessary

·        Covering front desk or medical assistant position if needed such as:

Vitals, Rooming patients, assessing patient history, Phlebotomy, Injections, Venipuncture, Vaccines, Referrals, Processing prescription requests, Scanning and routing patient charts into hard-file and EMR, Processing medical records requests in a timely manner, Maintaining accuracy & confidentiality of patient records, Providing excellent patient & team member customer service


·        MUST be Certified Medical Assistant

·        Prefer EMR experience

·        Prefer to be bilingual Spanish, but not required

·        Must have strong knowledge of chart preparation

·        Must have strong clinical experience

·        Must have positive personality, confidence, high-energy & fast-paced abilities

·        Must have Computer experience in a medical office
