The Critical Care Unit (CCU) is
seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in acute care. The position of Nurse Practitioner
in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) provides patient care under the supervision of
the Director of Critical Care. The role is essential to the coordination of high-quality
care, assessing, participating in the plans of treatment and the delivery of
care to patients in the CCU.

Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team. Must take responsibility for actions and endeavor to provide the highest quality care to patients.
Education: Graduate of an approved school for Nurse Practitioners
Experience: Prior experience working in the role of NP in an acute care hospital preferred.
Certification/Licensure: NP License issued by the Board of Registration in Nursing in Massachusetts. US DEA Registration Certificate and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Certificate.
Software/Hardware: Experience with computer systems required including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Will train to Meditech.
