We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Review patient health history and patient consultation
- Order all necessary bloodwork and tests, immunizations
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Document progress and treatment plans
- Develop treatment plan and recommend treatment options
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing
- NJ State NursePractitioner License
- NJ State up to date license certification
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in nursing or other medical fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with other health care professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- EHR Medical charting proficiency
- Strong leadership qualities
