Seeking a Director of Pediatric and Young Adult Clinical Education to
be responsible for providing and coordinating orientation, training programs,
and in-service education for the development of facility personnel. The role
focuses on ensuring adherence to the Nursing Home’s Mission and Core Values,
promoting a clinical practice environment, and creating a culture of staff
engagement. The Director collaborates with various departments to monitor and
prevent infections, establishes policies and procedures, and conducts
facility-wide in-service programs.

Compensation: $120,000 - $127,000
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited RN program.
·
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
·
Acute or Long-Term Pediatric Experience
preferred.
·
Ventilator experience preferred.
·
Previous experience in in-service education.
·
Current NY State RN License, required.
·
Current BCLS certification, PALS Certification
preferred
