Locums Interventional Cardiology

We are seeking a Locums Interventional Cardiology Physician in Midland, Michigan. The role involves a combination of outpatient clinic responsibilities, inpatient rounding, and call duties. You will be working in a facility that handles 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient cases, allowing for a well-rounded experience in patient care.

In this position, you will manage a busy outpatient clinic from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, where visits will primarily consist of consultations and follow-up care for established patients. Additionally, you will perform diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations as part of your inpatient duties. Participation in inpatient rounding and call coverage is also required, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Current certifications in AHA, ACLS, and BLS are required
• Candidates must provide documentation showing at least 75 diagnostic cardiac catheterizations performed within the last 12 months
