Medical Practice Manager

Full Time

We are seeking an experienced full-time Medical Practice Manager to lead daily operations across our growing clinics in Western Massachusetts. Schedule: Monday – Fridays, 8AM – 5PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor front office, clinical support, and administrative staff to ensure a high-performing, cohesive team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing processes, and revenue cycle initiatives.
  • Implement policies and procedures to support compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
  • Partner directly with clinical leadership to enhance patient and staff experience.
  • Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and support staff development and retention.
  • Manage vendor relationships, supply ordering, and technology support coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements across sites.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience and scope of responsibility)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager required; multi-site experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and build strong, collaborative teams.
  • Knowledge of practice operations, scheduling, billing, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
