Locum Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage for our mission-driven primary care team in West Point, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a NP who wants to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment while enjoying a flexible locum schedule.

Position Highlights:

• Patient Panel: 10–15 patients per day — ample time to provide comprehensive care
• Schedule: Flexible locum assignments, Monday–Friday; occasional regional after-hours coverage as needed
• Model of Care: Medical Home model with onsite lab and pharmacy for convenience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90.00 per hour
• Flexible assignment duration and scheduling
• Malpractice coverage provided
• CME support: 2 weeks plus stipend for continuing education
• Opportunity to work with a collaborative Whole Health Coach and supportive clinical team

Requirements:

• Board-certified NP in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care
• Active and unrestricted Georgia NP license and DEA
• 3–5 years of primary care experience
• 2+ years in case management or population health preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred) and Medicare Advantage/HCC documentation
