Hiring board-certified Nurse Practitioner to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

These
visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical
evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. No prescribing or treating
- Earn $1000 to $4000 each week ( Average 6-9 visits daily )
- Additional pay for testing $5-$25

- Must be willing to cover a 75 mile radius- but scheduled daily based on zip codes
- Must have 5 days of availability per month

Base Pay: $88-$128 per completed visit + $40 per day daily stipend
