Seeking a Locums Radiation Oncologist Physician in The physician must be skilled in a range of
radiation therapy procedures, including Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D
Radiotherapy, IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy), IGRT (Image-Guided
Radiation Therapy), 3D-CRT (Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy),
SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon
Beam Radiation Therapy, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy. The position operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30
PM, allowing for an 8-hour workday with a 30-minute lunch break. There is no
on-call requirement. This is a sporadic coverage role for potential future PTO
needs. The role is based in an
outpatient setting (Clinic/Office) with a focus on managing approximately 20-25
patients undergoing treatment, including weekly treatment visits, follow-ups,
and consultations. The facility is a Trauma Level 2 center catering to adult
patients.
