Seeking a Locums
OBGYN Physician in Pendleton, OR. This
position requires availability from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM in a rural Critical
Access 25-bed hospital. There is no neonatal care provided; patients are
stabilized and transferred if necessary.
The physician will primarily handle labor and delivery cases, including
C-sections, as well as any emergency GYN and pediatric admissions to the
hospital. Proficiency in labor and delivery, C-sections, and emergency OB/GYN
or pediatric coverage is essential. Expect
approximately 2 newborn deliveries per day, with variations based on monthly
due dates. The hospital delivered 300 babies last year, mostly through normal
deliveries.
Qualifications:

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and
Gynecology
·
Must also hold current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP.

An active Oregon state medical license is required.
·
BLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP certifications.
