We
are seeking a dedicated and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our dynamic team. This position is based in Rapid City, with all travel
and accommodation expenses covered.
You
will deliver comprehensive care to neurosurgical patients, including
assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care, primarily in inpatient
settings such as the ICU, hospital ward, and emergency department. In
collaboration with neurosurgeons, trauma surgeons, and other healthcare
professionals, you will assist in preoperative, intraoperative, and
postoperative care.
You
will actively participate in daily rounds, patient consultations, and
interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring that patients receive high-quality,
coordinated care. Additionally, you will contribute to the program’s quality
improvement initiatives and take part in professional development opportunities
to further your skills and expertise.

Requirements:
Current
licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician
Assistants (NCCPA) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American
Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Open to new graduates, with a strong interest in neurosurgery.
Trauma/ICU Experience Preferred.
