Outpatient Pediatric Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a full time/part time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our thriving practice in Northern MA. We have a modern, state-of-the-art, fully electronic office with an in-house diagnostic state certified laboratory. Patients are admitted to a Pediatric Hospitalist Program providing us 24 hr in-patient coverage. Tufts Hospital for Children subspecialty clinics are located adjacent to the practice.

Overview:

• 100% Outpatient Pediatrics
• Very light newborn rounding at local hospital, once per week max.
• No coverage of C-section/deliveries required.
• Flexible Hours. Excellent work/life balance.
• Very light call 1 night per week.
• Only 35 minutes from Boston, reverse commute.

Qualifications:

• All candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Must obtain a valid MA license.
• No visas sponsorship at this time.

Compensation:

• $190,000 to $250,000 base salary depending on experience
• 4% match, profit sharing, partnership potential
