Seeking a Nurse Manager for a key leadership position responsible for the daily operation, clinical supervision, and overall management. This role involves collaboration with the Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and implementation of evidence-based clinical management practices. The Nurse Manager is a vital link between administrative functions and clinical excellence, playing a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.

Compensation: $123,000 - $133,900
Qualifications:
- Graduate
of an accredited Nursing school with a BSN.
- Master’s
Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum
five (5) years as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum
two (2) years of leadership experience.
- Licensed
and currently registered as a Professional Nurse in New York State.
- Basic
Life Support (BLS) required.
- ACLS
required.
- PALS
(preferred for Pediatric, PICU, and NICU) preferred for all other areas.
- NRP
(preferred for L&D, MBU, and NICU) preferred for all other areas.
- Certification
in the area of specialty required.
