Seeking an Administrative Nursing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in coordinating nursing services throughout the hospital during evening and night shifts. With primary authority and responsibility for upholding defined nursing standards and patient care, the Coordinator ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and fosters a positive working environment. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $113,300 - $123,600
Education:

Bachelor's degree - Graduate of an accredited
nursing school (BSN) required.

Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
·
Minimum of two (2) years’ leadership experience,
preferably in healthcare.
·
Current NY State RN License, Basic Life Support
(BLS), ACLS, and Specialty Certification required.
