Brooklyn, NY. The Senior Associate, HRBP will work closely with mid-level
managers and business leaders to drive operational excellence in HR functions.
This position plays a critical role in partnering with department heads to
ensure effective labor management, performance management, coaching, conflict
resolution, and employee relations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management
or related field or equivalent years of experience.

5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner
role.
·
Ability to coach leaders on personal and team
development.
·
Strong prioritization and project management
skills.
·
Experience designing and deploying HR systems
and processes.
·
Ability to influence and advise executive
leadership on talent and employment matters.
·
Proficiency in data analytics; ability to
influence with data.
·
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
