Locum Tenens Healthcare Recruiter

AAS Locum Tenens is seeking an experienced healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. Our clients vary across the healthcare space, from large hospitals and health systems to community health centers and medical practices.

Our company is constantly growing, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with AAS’s clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop, update job descriptions, and partner with AAS’s internal marketing and sourcing team
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other resources
• Screening candidates to ensure that candidates meet client requirements, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
• Work within the AAS team structure, and communicate effectively with our Credentialing and Marketing teams
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process and build influential candidate relationships during the process

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience and success as a recruiter in the healthcare space
• Solid experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong influencing and decision-making skills
• Ability to move from different projects as needed
• Experience in hiring across a breadth of roles in the health and wellness area
• Ability to provide 3 professional references upon request

Job Type: Contract (1099)

Work Location: Remote

Compensation: Base Salary, Residual Commissions
