Seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in a flexible, part-time, W2 opportunity conducting in-home health risk assessments. This is a great opportunity to utilize your skills while offering a flexible work schedule.

Details of the Position:

• Role: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, W2)
• A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.
• Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
• Laptop and equipment provided
• Compensation:
• $90 per completed visit
• $25 no-show fees
• Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 35 miles traveled daily
• Timeline:
• Onboarding and training targeted for completion by late August
• Program launch targeted for early September
• Locations: Minimum coverage is 50 mile radius of home address
