Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Join a dedicated team providing high-quality mental health care in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment to patients managing behavioral health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication therapy and provide ongoing patient education.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Active AZ Nurse Practitioner license with a psychiatric-mental health specialization.
• Must have current DEA.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in psychiatric care (preferred).
• Current ACLS certification
• Must pass a criminal background check with a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within the initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment.
• Must pass a substance abuse testing upon employment, and submit to a random testing during the course of employment.
• Must have an updated Immunization Record prior to start of employment.
• Must have a current Tuberculosis skin test report upon employment and provide an update annually.
• Must have a CPR Card prior to start of employment and maintain a valid CPR card during employment.
