Responsibilities:

• Deliver office-based primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform health assessments, diagnose conditions, and implement treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Current New York State Nurse Practitioner License.
• Minimum of 2+ years of primary care experience (preferred).
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• ACLS or Advanced Life Support certification within 12 months of employment (if appropriate).
• Strong clinical skills, knowledge of health promotion, and the ability to work effectively in a medical team.
