Locums Hybrid Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver both in-person and digital care at a small clinic location in Santa Fe, NM. The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 days per week, mix of virtual care from home and the outpatient clinic, with the possibility of increasing hours if there is a good alignment with the clinic's needs.  Position would be split between hybrid and in the clinic.  The key responsibilities include providing primary care services autonomously by managing comprehensive patient visits, conducting in-person consultations and telehealth appointments to ensure high-quality patient care, and working independently in a clinic environment without the assistance of medical assistants or front desk support. 

 Pay: $70-80 per hour

 Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care.
• Current licensure to practice as an NP in Georgia is required (additional state licensure is a plus).
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a clinic setting.
