are seeking an experienced and dynamic Anesthesia Physician Medical Director to
lead our anesthesia team at the Regional Medical Center in Lafayette,

Position

Compensation: $600,000 as 1099 + an additional $50,000 paid as W2, including
full benefits.

and supervise a wide range of anesthesia cases, including neurology, podiatry,
and more.

and Vascular Cases are handled at Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital by a
separate group of providers.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead
and oversee the anesthesia team, ensuring high-quality patient care and
operational efficiency.

Supervise
a diverse range of anesthesia cases across multiple specialties, including
general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, neurology, and more.

Develop
and implement clinical protocols and best practices for anesthesia services.

Work
closely with clinical leaders and staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal
patient outcomes.

Ensure
a collaborative environment with medical, nursing, and administrative teams.

Participate
in strategic planning and contribute to the ongoing development of the
department.

- Board-certified
or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.

leadership experience preferred but not required.
