Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our practice in Fort Morgan, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to build a primary care practice in a rural community with the support and resources of a large healthcare system. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the chance to shape your vision of exceptional patient care while serving a growing and diverse population.   In this role, you will establish and grow a primary care practice tailored to the needs of the Fort Morgan community. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a rural setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services. The position includes participation in a shared phone-only call schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care.

·         Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

·         Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one before the start date.

·         Up-to-date COVID vaccination.
