Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established medical facility in Largo, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
As a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages. Your duties will include performing assessments, diagnostics, and treatments for acute illnesses and injuries. You will manage a wide range of cases, including trauma, cardiac emergencies, and respiratory distress, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for documenting patient encounters, treatments, and progress.  Additionally, you must respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM preferred).
• Florida medical license (active and unrestricted).
• DEA license and ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications.
