Well-established healthcare
system in Boise, ID, is seeking a Locums OB/GYN Physician to provide
comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care in a traditional practice
setting. The role includes clinic, hospital responsibilities, and call coverage,
ensuring well-rounded patient care.
This position offers a traditional workweek with a minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week, along with rounding and call duties. The on-call schedule follows a 1:6 rotation, shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs, including weekends. Physicians typically see 20-25 patients per day. The practice provides a rural-style care experience while benefiting from the resources of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group. Support includes Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists, a Gynecologic Oncologist, a 4-bed Level II NICU, 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia, and Emergency Department coverage, as well as a network of 74 Primary & Specialty Care clinics.
Compensation: Floating base with the max
of $374,662 plus benefits including

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of
Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in
OB/GYN (must obtain BC within three years of employment)
- Idaho medical license (or willingness to
obtain)
- DEA & CDS/CSR (or willingness to
obtain)
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency program
