Neonatology Medical Director

A newly established neonatology practice in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Neonatology Medical Director to lead and shape the program. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced neonatologist to take on a leadership role in a growing practice.  The Neonatology Medical Director will lead a newly established neonatology practice, overseeing the development and implementation of neonatal care protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities include providing clinical leadership, mentoring a team of neonatologists and neonatal care staff, and collaborating with hospital administration and medical teams to enhance neonatal services. The director will also engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and work closely with maternal-fetal medicine specialists and pediatric subspecialists to deliver comprehensive newborn care. This position requires Board Certification in Neonatology, fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, a minimum of two years of post-training clinical experience, and a Nevada medical license (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation:  Base salary + Medical Director stipend = $350K/year for a candidate with 10 years of experience. Plus benefits including:

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Neonatology.
• Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
• Minimum of 2+ years of post-training clinical experience in neonatology.
• Nevada medical license (or willingness to obtain).
