Locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Home Care Visits

We are seeking a Locums Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Bronx, NY, for a flexible, part-time or full-time position with no nights or weekends. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care to geriatric PACE participants in their homes, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Small daily patient census: 3-5 patients per day
• Flexible schedule: Seeking 2-4 days per week, Monday–Friday
• No nights, no weekends 

Compensation: $75-80 per hour

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA Board Certification
• Medicare & Medicaid Provider ID (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
• Spanish speaking is a preferred, but not required
• Experience in home care and geriatrics preferred
