Director Building Services

Seeking a Director of Building Services who will be responsible for developing and implementing department strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure the hospital’s maintenance, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees workflow optimization, staff management, waste disposal, and sustainable practices, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all building services operations. The Director ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, while leading a diverse team and fostering continuous improvement.

Compensation:  $130,000-$142,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10+ years in Environmental Services.
• 5+ years in a Manager/Director-level role within Environmental Services.
• Health Care Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) required.
