We are seeking a dedicated Administrative
Nursing Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the delivery of nursing services
across all hospital units during evening and night shifts. This leadership role
ensures high standards of patient care and nursing practice are consistently
met by providing expert oversight, guidance, and operational support.
Compensation: $105,000-$115,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate
hospital-wide nursing operations during evening and night shifts
- Ensure compliance with defined
standards of nursing practice, policies, and patient care protocols
- Provide leadership and support to
nursing staff across all units
- Resolve operational and staffing
issues in real time
- Act as the administrative liaison
between nursing staff and hospital leadership
- Serve as a resource in interpreting
hospital policies, labor agreements, and procedures
- Utilize strong communication,
critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address complex clinical
and administrative issues
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
from an accredited nursing school – required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or
related healthcare field – preferred
- Licensure:
- Active New York State Registered
Nurse (RN) License – required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
