We
are seeking a compassionate and skilled Optometrist to join our team in
Othello, Washington. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, particularly

Responsibilities:
- Travel
regularly to various clinic sites to serve patients across multiple locations.

the safe and appropriate use of company vehicles while traveling.

Perform
comprehensive eye exams, diagnose, and treat a wide range of visual conditions
and ocular diseases.

Prescribe
corrective lenses and other treatments to enhance patient vision and eye
health.

Maintain
authoritative knowledge in the principles of sound medical and optometric
practice.

Be
familiar with the scope of practice and regulatory authority governing
Opticians and Ophthalmic Technicians.

Educate
patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment options.

Collaborate
with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

Stay
current with advancements in optometry and medical practices to deliver the
highest standard of care.
Qualifications:
- Degree
in optometry from an accredited school of optometry.

Unrestricted
license to practice optometry in the State of Washington.

Strong
understanding of the unique needs of indigent and underserved populations, with
a commitment to rural medicine.

Knowledge
of the regulatory standards and scope of practice for Opticians and Ophthalmic
Technicians.

Valid
driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance liability standards for
driving company vehicles.
