Primary Care/Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a seasoned NP 5+ years NP experience, who has a good background in primary care/Internal Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive health assessments for adult patients.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, including common and complex cases.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide care decisions.
• Develop individualized care plans and prescribe appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in Adult Primary care or internal medicine preferred.
• Licensure: Advanced Practice License in Massachusetts.
• Certification: Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
• DEA License: Active or eligibility for registration.
