Hospitalist Physician – Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician to join our established and collegial Hospitalist team in Fall River, Massachusetts. Our 160-provider, physician-owned and managed multispecialty group offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong focus on patient satisfaction, teamwork, and efficient, high-quality care.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time Hospitalist opportunity with immediate start upon Massachusetts licensure and hospital credentialing.
• 7-on / 7-off block scheduling model.
• Assigned to one of two local hospitals during each weekly block.
• Two shifts available:  12-hour rounding shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM),  Admitting swing shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Candidates must be willing to work either shift; no overnight shifts required.
• ICU admissions are rare; no invasive procedures, intubations, or ICU management necessary.
• No major trauma responsibilities.
• Opportunities for additional shifts may be available if desired.
• Emphasis on physician autonomy, efficient care delivery, and work-life balance.
• Use of MDCoder for charge capture and HIPAA-compliant secure texting for communication.
• Both hospitals use Epic EMR with voice-recognition software for documentation.
• We are not considering J-1 or H-1B visa candidates at this time.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $275,000 plus $25,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements: Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
