Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic and collegial Emergency Department team just 25 miles south of Boston. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a stable and collaborative group of physicians in a thriving community hospital with excellent specialty and hospitalist support.

About the Opportunity:

• Well-established, collegial ED group with an average physician tenure of 10+ years
• Community hospital ED with approximately 60,000 annual visits
• Located just 25 miles south of Boston and close to Providence, RI
• 84 hours/day of MD coverage and 36 hours/day of PA coverage
• Two physicians on-site from 1:00 am to 7:00 am
• 9-hour shifts, with 14 shifts/month (+/-) considered full-time
• Flexible scheduling based on individual requests, not block scheduling
• Additional shifts available, if desired

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $230,000 – $250,000, based on experience
• Pay-for-performance bonus program with a significant annual incentive focused on quality metrics

Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. BLS, ACLS, and ATLS required until Emergency Medicine board certification is obtained.
