What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients’ mobility, strength, and overall functional level
• Create and implement customized treatment plans focused on strength, balance, and safe mobility
• Assess home environments and recommend equipment to improve safety and outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to deliver best-in-class care

What You Need:

• Current Physical Therapy license in the State of California
• BLS certification
• One year of PT experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply!)
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, with comfort using Gmail and EMR systems
• Excellent time management and communication skills
