What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat speech, voice, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Use evidence-based techniques to help patients regain functional communication and feeding/swallowing skills
  • Create individualized care plans that help patients recover or maintain independence
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and care teams to support patient success
  • Chart and document assessments and progress in a timely and thorough manner
  • Assess home environments to ensure safety and maximize therapy outcomes

What You’ll Need:

  • Active California SLP license in good standing
  • BLS certification
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and EMR skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Experience using email and cloud-based tools (Gmail experience a plus)
  • SLP experience preferred—but new grads and those new to home health are welcome!
