Our rapidly growing, hospital-employed team in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnist to join our collaborative and highly respected hospitalist program. This full-time position offers a balanced 15-on/15-off schedule, modern facilities, and the support of a full complement of in-house specialties. Practice Highlights:
- Full-time hospital-employed position
- 15 on / 15 off nocturnist schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Work alongside a dedicated nocturnist counterpart and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician
- Supported by Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists
- Procedure experience preferred, but not required
- Experienced day hospitalist team with 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
- 1:5 nursing-patient ratio, adjusted for acuity
- Average hospitalist daily census: 15 patients
- Access to state-of-the-art diagnostics and technology

- 10-bed Open ICU
- 2 catheterization labs with 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
- 5 operating rooms plus 4-room ambulatory surgery center

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Montana
- Experience and comfort with hospital procedures preferred
- Strong clinical acumen, decision-making skills, and communication abilities
