We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established and collaborative primary care team in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and a true work/life balance.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday clinic with the option for a four-day work week
- Join a team of four physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers
- Light 1:10 evening call rotation; hospitalist team manages all inpatient care
- Full spectrum of in-house specialty and diagnostic service
- Practice in a modern, acute care hospital
- 36 inpatient beds
- 10-bed open ICU
- 2 cath lab suites with an 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit
- 5 ORs and a 4-suite outpatient surgery center
- 5 dedicated observation beds
- 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced professionals

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Montana
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in primary care or family medicine
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration
