A well-established and respected multi-specialty medical group is seeking a full-time, experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Great Falls, MT. This is an outstanding opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment backed by a full-service acute care hospital.


Position Details:

  • Full-time position: 4–5 shifts per week (variable schedule)
  • Urgent Care Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 1:3 weekend/walk-in rotation
  • Onsite diagnostics and lab services
  • Work collaboratively with experienced physicians and specialists across disciplines
  • Supported by a state-of-the-art acute care hospital featuring:
  • 36 inpatient beds
  • 10-bed open ICU
  • 2 cardiac catheterization labs with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit
  • 5 hospital-based ORs + 4 ORs at a dedicated Surgery Center
  • 5 observation beds
  • Busy 9-bed Emergency Department with seasoned staff

Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current certification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
  • Proficient in the use of in-house diagnostic tools
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
