Nurse Practitioner Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a full-time, salaried leadership role designed for a clinically skilled NP with a strong background in primary care and managed care. The role is split 70% clinical and 30% administrative, supporting operations and clinical excellence across three outpatient clinics.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 - 8s), Tenaya Clinic: 2 days/week, Flamingo Clinic: 2 days/week and Henderson Clinic: 1 day/week

Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary range of $160,000 -  $180,000 + full benefits package and high annual incentive bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties (70%)
• Perform physical examinations, preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-up visits.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs.
• Develop and document care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments.
• Manage an active patient panel, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Administrative & Leadership Duties (30%)
• Oversee Clinical Programs operations across three clinic locations.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and direction to a team of Nurse Practitioners.
• Manage patient caseloads and coordinate team workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Review clinical documentation for quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in NP hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with clinic leadership on operational improvements and care delivery models.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active and unrestricted RN and NP licenses in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with strong primary care and managed care background.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass a Tuberculosis test as a condition of employment.
