We are seeking a full-time dynamic Clinic Operations Manager to lead clinical strategy, operational execution, and care delivery excellence for nurse practitioners across the San Bernardino Region, including oversight of standards of care and performance. Based in Upland, CA, this leadership role works in close collaboration with the Regional Medical Officer and Regional Director of Nursing to drive high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a growing and diverse healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of performance-based medical management across all functional lines
- Set and drive performance standards, monitor key performance indicators, and manage to a balanced performance scorecard
- Support high-functioning care teams by developing and executing care delivery models that align with organizational goals
- Promote a culture of growth, adaptability, and inclusion
- Partner closely with executive and clinical leadership to achieve regional care delivery goals
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of clinical leaders and direct reports
- Foster accountability and professional development through regular coaching and performance feedback
Compensation
& Benefits: Base
Salary range of $160,000 – $195,000 + full benefits package and high annual
incentive bonus.
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or clinic operations setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current, unrestricted RN and NP license in the state of California (or ability to obtain)
- Preferred: Master’s in Healthcare Administration or MBA with healthcare focus
