Licensed Professional Counselor - Integrated Health

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide behavioral health services, including intake assessments, individual counseling, service planning, and culturally sensitive therapy. The role involves documentation, discharge planning, staff consultation, and facilitating support groups.

Compensation:  $76,138.30-$114,207.45

Requirements:

·         Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Professional Counselor, Social Worker, or appropriate behavioral health license.

·         One to two years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.

·         Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required for mileage reimbursement.

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
