We
are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Behavioral Health Quality
Assurance to lead the quality improvement efforts for the Department of
Psychiatry in a dynamic healthcare setting. This key leadership role is
responsible for coordinating and implementing comprehensive quality assurance,
incident review, and utilization review programs across both inpatient and
ambulatory care services.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30
PM
Compensation: $130,000
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee
the Quality Improvement Program for Behavioral Health Services
- Manage incident
reviews, utilization reviews, and quality assurance processes
- Ensure
compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and performance improvement
standards
- Collaborate
with clinical leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures,
and corrective actions
- Prepare
and present data-driven reports to hospital leadership and regulatory
bodies
- Provide
strategic direction and supervision to quality assurance teams across all
behavioral health programs
Requirements:
- Master’s
degree required (in Psychology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration,
or related field)
- PhD or
M.D. highly preferred
- Minimum
of three (3) years of job-related experience in behavioral health quality
assurance or healthcare quality leadership
- CPHQ
(Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) highly desirable
