We are seeking a Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join our established, physician-led outpatient practice in Saratoga, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative and dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Work collaboratively as part of a physician-led care team alongside APPs
- Maintain a 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of direct patient contact
- Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
- Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
- See 18–24 patients per day
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and NP/PA students
- Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and clinical records
- Option to pursue hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles
- Collaborate with APPs with potential for additional compensation
- Ensure ongoing compliance with licensure, certifications, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must be within 5 years of eligibility and working toward certification)
- Active New York Medical License – Required
- DEA License – Required
- ACLS Certification (AHA) – Required
- Must not have lapsed Board Certification
