Sign-on Bonus $20,000! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice services to patients in Downey, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and supporting overall health through education and preventive measures. This FT position would work at our Downey, CA clinic location.
Compensation & Benefits: $226,228 - $339,342 DOE, $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus full benefits package and annual incentive bonuses.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and provide medical care and treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
- Provide referrals based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Participate in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs.
- Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries.
- Ensure all patient information remains confidential in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.
- Complete daily documentation in electronic medical records.
- Cover night calls as needed.
- Traditional hours M-F as full time
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Current, unrestricted medical licensure in the State of California.
- Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Active DEA license.
- For Health business unit positions, successful completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
