Locums Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (DO or MD) to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established outpatient practice in  Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule with no inpatient rounding or teaching responsibilities, allowing for focused patient care.

Position Details:

• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient rounding, no resident precepting)
• Coverage Locations: Three office sites (assigned to Family Medicine patients only)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Patient Volume: Up to 16 patients per day (8 in the morning / 8 in the afternoon 

Scope of Practice:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to Family Medicine patients
• Conduct routine exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, and provide preventive care
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical support team 

Certification & License Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or IMLC eligible)
• DEA license
• ACLS and BLS (AHA issued)
