Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM) to provide locum tenens coverage at a Level II Trauma Center in Bismarck, North Dakota. This opportunity offers a dynamic clinical environment in both adult and pediatric emergency care.

Position Details:

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift Length: 10–12 hours
• Patient Volume: 1.4 patients per hour
• Setting: Hospital, Level II Trauma Center
• EMR System: Epic 

Scope of Practice / Required Skills:

• Intubation
• Chest tube placement
• Central line placement
• Procedural sedation
• OB/GYN procedures and deliveries
• Adult and pediatric resuscitation 

Requirements:

• Board Certified – ABEM
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• DEA
• Active North Dakota medical license
