Locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Home Care Visits/Clinic Coverage

We are seeking a Locums Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Bronx, NY, for a flexible, part-time or full-time position with no nights or weekends. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care to geriatric PACE participants in their homes, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Small daily patient census: 3-5 patients per day in the field (7-10 per day in clinic)
• Flexible schedule: 2-4 days per week
• No nights, no weekends 

Compensation: $75 - $90 per hour

Requirements:

• Active NP or PA Board Certification
• Medicare Provider ID active or willing to obtain
• Medicaid Provider ID (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
• Spanish speaking is a preferred, but not required
• Experience in home care and geriatrics preferred
