A well-established private gastroenterology practice in Lubbock, Texas is actively recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team, currently consisting of one physician and three advanced practice providers. Position Highlights:
- High-Volume Practice: Perform general GI procedures from day one. The current physician is fully booked 3–6 months out, with a long waiting list for scopes and an established referral base.
- No Call: Enjoy a predictable schedule with no on-call duties.
- Scope-Ready Facilities: Procedures are performed at a local physician-owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and well-equipped office-based procedural suites.
- New Patient Focus: All new patients will be referred to the incoming physician, with active support from the current partner to build your patient base quickly.
- General GI Only: All procedures are general scoping—no EUS or ERCP required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive First-Year Salary based on MGMA benchmarks

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Eligible for or in possession of a Texas medical license

- Motivated to grow within a private practice partnership track
