We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist with subspecialty expertise in dementia, cognitive neurology, or behavioral neurology to provide remote diagnostic assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in supporting care for older adults with neurocognitive disorders. This part-time, contract role is ideal for a physician passionate about advancing innovative, high-quality care for aging adults.

Part-time, 5–10 hours/week
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, Contractor (1099)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote clinical assessments and review cognitive testing data, clinical histories, and caregiver interviews to support accurate diagnosis
- Provide consultative input on complex or unclear dementia cases and collaborate on treatment planning
- Document findings and diagnoses per current documentation, billing, and coding standards
- Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines in evaluating and diagnosing cognitive disorders
- Collaborate with ARNPs, MDs, and care teams to enhance dementia-related care and care planning
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews as needed to support holistic, person-centered care
Requirements:
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Neurology
- Subspecialty experience in dementia, cognitive neurology, or behavioral neurology strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including dementia diagnosis and management
- Unrestricted Texas medical license
- Experience with telemedicine platforms and remote patient assessment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working both independently and within virtual care teams
- Prior experience in value-based care, risk-sharing, or managed care environments preferred
