We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cosmetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to be a foundational member of our brand-new medical spa in Woodbury, Minnesota. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a luxury aesthetic practice, bring your personal brand and clientele, and build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer the full range of cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments
• Educate patients on procedures, outcomes, and post-care to ensure informed, comfortable experiences
• Document treatments with precision and capture before-and-after photos to support progress tracking and marketing
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuing education
• Cultivate and maintain strong, loyal patient relationships based on trust, consistency, and care
• Support med spa growth by bringing in clientele and promoting services
• Collaborate with a team of talented professionals to ensure exceptional service and a seamless client journey 

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• No weekends or holidays required 

Requirements:

·         Licensed PA, NP, or RN in the state of Minnesota (required)

·         5+ years of cosmetic injection experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting (required)

·         A refined aesthetic eye with a   Experience in sales and treatment plan conversions

·         understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and treatment planning
