Medical Assistant – On-Site Primary Care

About the Role: As a Medical Assistant in this setting, you'll take on a hybrid front and back-office role and become a trusted, familiar face within the community. This is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys variety, has a warm and outgoing personality, and is excited to integrate healthcare with community life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical tasks: vitals, urinalysis, flu/cold swabs
• Assist in the day-to-day flow of the space and contribute to office management functions as the practice grows
• Serve as a friendly, consistent point of contact for residents
• Assist with office management as the practice grows
• Participate in wellness events: screenings, fitness, nutrition, and resident activities
• Communicate clearly with residents and clinical staff
• Build long-term relationships and promote a wellness-focused culture

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $22–$24 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time or Part-Time
• Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time team members

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A welcoming, confident, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving care environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Interest in long-term growth—especially into leadership or office management roles
• Passion for proactive, relationship-based care
